Here, he shares his post-pandemic perspective and the desert island beauty product he couldn’t live without.
If you could send a DM to your younger self, what would it be?
Gosh, it would be...Don't look for validation. You are worth it.
What was your breakthrough career moment?
I would say it would have to be working with the fashion house Carolina Herrera. I pretty much got my New York start there and in doing so, was able to branch out to a lot of other different high fashion brands.
What beauty trick would you give for glowy skin?
Using a cream highlighter after you have set your makeup. Apply on high points of your face
What are you most looking forward to doing outdoors this Spring?
To be honest, it’s two things:
- Going for long walks outside.
- Being around other humans. Finally, NYC is feeling like it used to.
One beauty product must have?
One tool? A lash curler. One product? Maybelline Falsies Mascara to show off the lashes now that we are all in masks. And eyes are the new lips!
What are you watching right now?
RuPaul’s Drag Race season 13. It's so good.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Winners focus on winning. Losers focus on winners.
What’s your most treasured possession?
It would have to be my name ID diamond bracelet from an amazing designer, Jamie Wolf.
What’s the biggest takeaway/learning you’ve had from the past year?
To be kinder to myself. To take time for me…even unwanted time. And to get new hobbies.
What brings you joy lately?
I've recently started working out since the pandemic and it’s helped with mental clarity and I just feel happier after in general.

I adore these artists. And many more, but I find myself happy and excited to see all their new work and collabs.
