What is the Larroudé Token?
The Larroudé Token is a patented product changing the way loyalty works.
Every original Larroudé pair of shoes has a unique QR Code on the sole and once you claim it, it becomes yours forever.
Each token gives its owner immediate $20 in store credit and can be shared with friends so that they can also enjoy $20 off their next purchase.
The cherry on top? Once someone makes a purchase using your token, you get extra $20! Yeah, we know, pretty amazing.
How to use the Larroudé Token
Now, how does this work?
First things first.
Flip your pair of Larroudé shoes over and find our proprietary QR code on the sole. Hover the camera on your phone over the code and it will automatically redirect you to a "Claim" page.
Every pair of Larroudé shoes will come with a QR Code on the sole that is unique! Once you claim that QR, it will be yours and only yours forever.
Make it yours.
Press the "Claim" button (if you're not logged into your Larroudé account, go ahead and login or create one, we’ll wait…) and VOILÀ, the token is yours!
As soon as you complete this step, the token amount ($20* **) will be saved under your account, for up to 1 year.

And that's why if you share a picture of your QR Code or the link (found under your account) with a friend, they will get $20** off their purchase! And, because we believe in rewarding generous actions, when someone buys through your unique Token link, you’ll get $20 off your next purchase.
When you share your link with someone but they do not purchase, you'll see $20 in the "Pending Credits" section of your profile. As soon as they make a purchase with your link, those credits become "Available".

Finally, reward yourself!
AFter you've claimed your Token and shared it with your besties, time to get yourself a little something, no? You work hard, after all.
To redeem your credits at checkout, simply add items** to your cart and click "Pay Now". Log into your account, fill out your info and at the bottom of the page you'll see a button "Redeem". Click on it and the credits will be disocunted from your purchase.

Larroudé Token FAQs
Think of it as your own Larroude digital wallet! You are entitled to $20 for every pair of Larroudé shoes you keep. The QR code/Token allows you to access and manage your credits and share your code for additional rewards.
1. Claim your $20 credits – Use your QR code to redeem the $20 credit for each pair of shoes you keep. To apply these credits, go to checkout and select them above the “Pay Now” button.
2. Share the code for rewards – Share your QR code with friends and family. They’ll receive $20 off their first Larroudé purchase, and once their purchase is complete, you’ll also receive redeemable credits.
The QR code is located underneath the soles of your Larroudé shoes. Simply open your camera and point it at the QR code to scan.
To redeem your credits, go to checkout and select the credits above the “Pay Now” button. This will apply the available amount to your purchase total.
Pending credits indicate that you’ve shared your QR code, but the person you referred hasn’t placed an order yet. Once their purchase is complete, the credits will shift to “Available” for you to use.
No, promo codes cannot be combined with QR code credits.
Yes. Your credits expire after 1 year - but don't worry, we'll send you a reminder before then.
