    PAYMENTS

    We accept multiple payment options including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Venmo (via PayPal). We also offer a pay-over-time option with Afterpay.

    PLACING ORDERS

    Orders will be processed—and you will be charged—as soon as they are received and confirmed. Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email.

    We’re committed to processing orders as soon as they are received. Because of this, we are unable to honor any changes once the order has been placed.

    To create an account:

    1. On desktop: click on the account icon on the top right corner on any page of larroude.com

    On mobile: go to the menu icon on the top left corner and click on "account"

    2. Click on the "sign up" link right after it asks if you are a new customer

    3. Enter your name, email address, and create a password

    4. Click "sign up"

    You may also use Facebook, Google or Amazon log-in information to create your account.

    While you do not need a Larroudé account to place an order, there are added benefits of having an account. Customers with an account can track past orders, access faster checkout options by storing their payment and shipping information, and easily start a return or exchange.

    Simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the “Sign In” page and follow the instructions to reset your password. You can always contact our Client Services team for assistance.

    We offer early access to select items and new season collections by allowing customers to reserve a pair in their size. Pre-ordered items are not immediately available for shipment. We will provide the best estimated delivery time for the item on its product page. We will update you as soon as your order has shipped, but please note, those dates are subject to change. If an order includes a pre-order item, products will be dispatched as they become available.

    Enter the promo code in the Promo Code field at checkout for it to be applied to your order.

    Our shoes run true to size, and all sizes are based on a medium width. We recommend you order your normal U.S. shoes size. Please also refer to our "Size and Fit" section on each product page for specific dimensions and information by style.

    An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided when placing an order. If it takes longer than a few minutes to receive your confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation please email: help@larroude.com.

    SHIPPING

    Orders placed before 1pm EST will ship out on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST will ship out on the next business day.

    Shoes and bags are shipped via UPS and jeans are shipped via FedEx. Please note both UPS and FedEx deliver Monday through Friday from 9AM – 8PM, excluding local holidays.

    Shoes and handbags are shipped from NY and jeans are shipped from CA.

    You can enter a gift message during the checkout process, which will appear on the order packing slip.

    Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping. Any Larroudé shoes or bags will arrive in a dust bag, tucked inside a Larroudé box.

    Unfortunately, at this time orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

    No signature is required for delivery.

    Yes, we are happy to provide international shipping worldwide. All duties and shipping costs will be provided during checkout.

    A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order has been packaged, labeled, and scanned by UPS. Please note, you may not be able to track your package until it has been picked up and scanned by UPS.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Larroudé will gladly accept merchandise for return in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of the shipment date for orders within the Continental U.S. Orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. are final sale.

    Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags or stickers attached and intact.

    Larroudé reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you.

    We can only complete an even exchange for the same style in a different size. An exchange is subject to product availability and we will do our best to satisfy your request. If the requested item is not available for exchange, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.

    We offer free returns and exchanges for all eligible merchandise with a pre-paid FedEx label within the Continental U.S. only.

    A refund will be issued within 5-7 business days from the date your return is received. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed. Please note it may take a few additional business days to see the credit post depending on your bank or financial institution.

    Once your package is returned, we will process your exchange and ship out the new product within 2 business days via UPS Ground.
