At Larroudé, we want to make sure you love what you buy. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and we're here to help make that change easy. Here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:
RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Full-price and pre-order items are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of delivery

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging, with all tags and stickers attached and intact

Merchandise that shows signs of wear, alteration, or use will not be accepted
ORIGINAL PACKAGING REQUIREMENT

To process a return, the original white and black box is required, as it contains the corresponding barcode needed to verify the order and reintegrate it into our system

Without this box, our warehouse will not be able to process the return, and the package will be sent back to you
RETURN WINDOW & FEES

You have a 30-day window from delivery to initiate the return process

Returns for a refund incur a $14.95 handling fee

Exchanges and returns for store credit are always free
EXCHANGES

We can accommodate exchanges for the same style in a different size, subject to availability

If the requested size is not available:

For full-price or pre-order items: a refund will be issued

For sale items (≤50%): a store credit will be issued

FINAL SALE
Applies to items discounted more than 50%

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

HOW TO START A RETURN

Visit our Return Portal

Enter your order number and shipping zip code, email, or phone number

Select the item(s) and reason for return
-
A prepaid return label will be emailed to you
-
Pack your item securely and attach the label to the outside of the package

Drop off the package with the designated carrier
-
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once we receive your return
