Return & Exchange Policy

At Larroudé, we want to make sure you love what you buy. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind, and we're here to help accommodate that change! Here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:
SALE ITEMS
  • For items purchased on sale, we offer the following options:
    • Refunds for sale items will be issued through store credits.
    • In case of exchanges, they will only be allowed for the same style and color of shoes, with the option to change the size.
  • You have a 30-day window to initiate the return process. Please complete the process through our exchange platform.

 LARROUDÉ ITEMS

  • Returned items must be in new, unworn condition and in its original packaging with all tags and stickers attached and intact. Merchandise that shows signs of wear, alteration, or use will not be accepted.
  • You have a 30-day window to initiate the return process.
  • We can accommodate exchanges for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, we will process a refund to your original form of payment if bought on full price, and will issue store credit if bought on sale.
  • The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Orders shipped outside of the Continental United States
    • Customized or custom made items
    • Keychains

COLLÉCT ITEMS

  • All brands available at Colléct follow the same return policy above, except for: Adina Reyter, Altuzarra, Anemos, Ariel Gordon, Bala Bangles, Barrière, Christopher John Rogers, Dr. Lara Devgan Skincare, Éliou, Garland Collection, GIGI BURRIS, Jane Win, Joanna Czech, Literie Candles, Lizzie Fortunato, Marrakshi Life, Montce, Petite Plume, Retrouvai | Modern Heirlooms, Stephanie Gottlieb, U Beauty, WELLinsulated®, which are FINAL SALE
  • Larroudé reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you.
