Larroudé's Weekend Plans

It’s Friday afternoon at the office and we’re asking each other the obvious question: “what is everybody doing this weekend?” You might not have asked, but here are our weekend plans anyway.

First and foremost, it’s freaking COLD in New York City. While some of us feel discouraged by this, we still have plans to follow through with and errands to run. So let’s show up and show out! Here are our weekend plans and what we’re wearing to them. 

Friday: Cozy dinner at JG Melons with close friends to kick off the weekend. The work day is over and it’s already pitch dark outside. Katie is headed straight to meet the girls for a burger and a martini. She’s keeping on her Georgia boots that she’s had on at the office all day (because they’re THAT comfy).

Saturday:  As she’s in the process of moving into her new “big girl” apartment, Katie is strapping up to have an exciting day of packing boxes and transferring memorable chachka’s from one apartment to the next. For lunch, she’s making a pit stop at Butterfield Market for some tea sandwiches and a green tea. What is she wearing? Obviously her brown suede Stella sneakers for maximum comfort (and chicness).

Sunday:  Katie spends her Sunday finishing up the packing process, courtesy of Piece of Cake Moving.

After another long day of moving, Katie is going to have dinner at her all time favorite restaurant, Raoul’s , in her old neighborhood as a farewell before the big move. She is in her favorite slip-on Venice mule.

She ends the evening at her new digs, snuggled up with her sweet cat Peaches on her dream couch from    Sophie Conran  . 

Friday:  After a wild week at the Larroudé office, Sheridan’s headed back downtown to throw on her green Stella sneaker for dinner with her friends. After an easy dinner at Soothr Thai (the best Thai in East Village) , it’s movie night with the gals.

Nightcap: Culture fro-yo in West Village. 

Saturday:  Goooood morning New York!   Her and her roommates throw on their coats and  Milan Fur Clogs  and head to MUD aka Mudspot to put their names down for an easy brunch. A classic scramble and a latte!

After lunch, the girls head down to the Lower East Side to do some thrifting at  Lara Koleji  , in hopes of scoring something cute for the evenings festivities. She has a 9 pm birthday dinner at Felix in Soho.  It’s finally time to whip out her green velvet  Kris pumps  ,  paired with her new micro shorts and funky tights. Can’t forget her party favor: these  Lizzie Fortunato Organic Hoops   and   The Plasma Lip Compound  .  

Sunday:  It’s time for a lazy Sunday. Sheridan grabs an almond milk latte from  Poetica Coffee (best latte ever) and gets ready to have an extremely riveting day with her roommates watching Landman (a great watch for a Texas gal).

She ends the evening with a speedy dinner at L’Entrecôte with her boyfriend where the fries keep reloading. After catching up on the latest episodes of Severance (Apple TV is killing it btw) , it’s time for bed!

Friday:  After closing up shop at the office, Grace is headed back to her apartment to swap purses, but is keeping on her go-to  Ines pump  that she’s worn all day. Her and her boyfriend are having dinner at one of their favorite spots, Birria Landia , a Queen’s food truck that’s serving up some of the best birria tacos. She ends the night on the couch in her comfy  Petite Plume PJ’s  . 

Saturday:  Grace is always on the lookout for something fun and different to do in the city. Her and her dearest friends make a visit to Luna Luna,  which is   newly opened at The Shed at Hudson Yards. Fun fact: Luna Luna originated in Germany as the first art amusement park with rides and games by artists like Basquiat, Haring, and Hockney. Flash forward and these treasures have been brought back to life in NYC! Talk about an immersive Saturday activity (btw, she’s in her  Verona ballet flat).

Sunday:  Happy Sunday! Grace is grabbing a coffee and a pastry at The Hungarian Pastry Shop , her favorite spot for morning goodies in her neighborhood. Today she is taking a long walk through Riverside Park in her Stella sneaker. What a lovely Sunday!
