Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders for in-stock items are processed promptly after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 1 PM EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Pre-Order Items
Items available for pre-order will display an estimated shipping window on the product page.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as production is completed. Delivery may arrive up to five days earlier or later than the estimated window depending on production timelines and demand.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you have a Larroudé account, you can also track your order directly from your account dashboard by visiting the My Orders section, where you can view your order status and tracking details.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to many countries.
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and paid upfront, helping avoid additional charges upon delivery.
Please note that international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking your delivery area or contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Missed Deliveries
If you miss a delivery attempt, you can use your tracking link to reschedule delivery or arrange a pickup directly with the carrier.
