How do I earn credits?

There are multiple ways to earn credits! The main one is to buy a pair of shoes and scan the QR Code underneath the sole. IMPORTANT: If the shoes are returned, your credits are deducted from your account. You can also earn credits through non-spend actions: signing up to the newsletter or SMS marketing, leaving a product review, and just by joining the program! Once enrolled, you'll also enjoy a generous birthday gift from us.

Where do I see my credits?

You can see your credit balance by logging into your Larroudé account, then clicking on "Profile" (top-right corner of your screen) and scrolling down. If you have any credits, you'll see them under "Payment Options". If you DO NOT have any credits, that section will be empty.

How many tiers there are? How do I level up?

There are three tiers: Kitten Heel, Stiletto, and Platform, in order of hierarchy. To become part of the Stiletto tier, you need to spend at least $900 on our store, while to join the ultra-exclusive Platform tier, you must have spent over $1800 on Larroudé products.

How long do my credits last?

Your credits last 180 days from the day you earn them. The only exception is the Birthday Gift, which lasts from the first to the last day of your birthday month. So if your birthday is on April 15th, your birthday gift will be available from April 1st to April 30.

What do I get by being part of the program?

Each tier has its own unique set of benefits, and we're constantly working to expand them even further. For starters, every member of The Larroudé Club earns $50 after 30 days of joining the program and enjoys the possibility of earning even more through interactions with the brand. From Stiletto upwards, members benefit from a credits boost on certain actions (1.5x for Stiletto and 2x for Platform), early access to our drops, and very generous gifts.

What can I use my credits for?

You can use your credits directly at checkout at larroude.com, by selecting them as a payment form in the "Payment" section. You can use your credits as payment as long as you have a full-price in-stock Larroudé item in your cart. Pre-order products cannot be paid for using credits

How do I scan a QR Code?

If you've bought a pair of Larroudé shoes, you'll notice they have a QR Code underneath the sole. Scan that QR Code with your phone, and you'll be redirected to a page with a "Claim" button. Click on that button and you'll be redirected to a login page, where you can log into or create your Larroudé account. And voilà - you just got some money added to your Larroudé wallet! Important: If you return your shoes, the credits will be deducted from your account.

How exclusive is the loyalty program?

Larroudé's loyalty program is designed to reward and connect with our most dedicated customers. For that reason, it has been designed to be very exclusive, despite its straightforwardness. The program's first cohort has selected only 165 customers (less than 0.5% of our customer base!), and its highest tier - Platform - is reserved for our Top 20% of customers.
